SUMMARY

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who will play a key role in the development, integration and delivery of digital marketing, taking ownership for how we plan and execute multi-channel campaigns.

You will be responsible for implementing effective channel strategies and frameworks whilst supporting the wider organisation to execute and optimise initiatives.

You are a highly organised individual who will take the initiative and ownership to develop the digital marketing function. A pro-active mindset with the drive to create plans and turn them into action through hands-on delivery. You will be supported by the Head of Marketing and wider resource (internal and external) to be successful in the role.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Digital Marketing ownership– take ownership of the digital marketing functionality and channels within the organisation – across marketing platform, website and social media strategies
  • Email Campaigns – plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, event and nurturing campaigns. Optimise campaigns for deliverability, engagement, and conversions. Analyse and create reports on campaign performance and outcomes.
  • Workflow Development – Design and implement automated workflows (welcome series, pre- and post-event communications, targeted campaigns) tailored to audience behaviour and preferences. Leverage segmentation and personalisation to maximise effectiveness.
  • Segmentation Management – Develop and manage audience segmentation strategies to ensure precise targeting. Use data insights to refine segmentation and improve campaign relevance and performance.
  • Data Alignment – Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive and coordinated use of data. Align email marketing activities with broader business objectives and data strategies.
  • Website – Lead and manage the website as a core channel, ensuring seamless integration with connected platforms, optimising content for engagement and SEO performance and driving CTR to enhance user experience.
  • Digital Marketing Foundations – Build digital marketing infrastructure from the ground up, ensuring integration with the website and HubSpot.
  • Content Collaboration – work closely with communications, copywriters and designers to produce engaging, brand-aligned email content and visuals.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Essential:

  • A pro-active mindset and drive to deliver excellence
  • Digital Marketing experience including multi-channel campaign planning and execution
  • B2B industry experience
  • Proficiency in HubSpot (or equivalent) and integration of digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of data strategy and alignment across business units.
  • Analytical mindset for interpreting campaign data and optimizing workflows.
  • Initiative-driven approach, with confidence in taking ownership and suggesting improvements.
  • Organisational skills for managing multiple campaigns and workflows simultaneously.
