Discover more about Peninsula: how we supply marine energy, the values and pillars that shape our approach, and the impact we make across our industry and beyond
Peninsula supplies marine energy through a set of integrated services designed to deliver control, consistency and accountability at every stage of supply
Back-to-back trading allows Peninsula to support customers beyond its physical supply footprint, providing access to fuel in ports and regions where we do not operate assets directly. We arrange supply through approved third-party providers and manage it under Peninsula terms.
Our teams oversee supplier selection, documentation, delivery and post-delivery follow-up, applying the same operational discipline used in our physical locations. This avoids split responsibility and reduces the need for customers to manage multiple traders, brokers or local suppliers.
When fuel is supplied through third parties, certainty matters. Peninsula manages back-to-back supply on the customer’s behalf, applying the same quality, certification and documentation standards used across our owned operations. Supplier selection, oversight and delivery records are handled by Peninsula, so customers receive consistent outcomes without managing multiple counterparties.
“Bunker trading is about managing availability and risk at scale. By aggregating demand, we can secure supply more reliably and deliver consistency for customers”
